I have been working as a therapist since 2009 and at Massage Therapy Winchester I use a combination of Advanced Clinical Massage, Body Re-alignment (KORE) and Clinical Acupuncture to target your body's pain patterns. My aim is to re-aligne your body and reduce your pain. Bringing balance back to your body will boost your energy levels, creating a sense of health and well-being.

I am lucky to live on a small holding just outside of Winchester, on the edge of Easton village. I work from my cosy and private Therapy cabin situated in the courtyard beside my house with great views of the Hampshire countryside.. In the winter the cabin is heated by a wood burning stove and in the summer we are surrounded by flowers and birds in the garden.
In between clients, i can be found working ( with the help of my chickens) in my organic vegetable garden just up from the cabin.

I use Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic skincare products and essential oils on my clients during treatments.
